FROM OUR PRESIDENT…

I hope you all have had a wonderful summer. It has passed so fast, it is hard to believe that school is starting this week. I have personally had a great time with my grandchildren and my miniature donkeys. The donkeys are the new addition to my family this summer. I have 4 now and they are just wonderful. Give me a call and come out and see them. They are so loving and sweet.

We had a fantastic member Exhibit at the Gallery this summer. If you have not been in to see the exhibit, it is still up through August. Bring some friends and family by to see the art.

We have purchased two 10’x10’ white tents for the League to use to set up at special events. The first planned is the Brenham Fine Art League Festival, celebrating 50 years, on September 9. If you are interested in taking part in this event please call or email me for more information.

Please make a special effort to be at our first fall meeting on September 11 at noon. Bring a sack lunch and I will have some sweet treats for everyone!
